We source these from a wide variety of areas, and they are graded for many reasons. They may have been an un-wanted gift, ex-display, failed mail order delivery or incorrect item sent, faulty return that have since been repaired (these tend to be classed as refurbished), customer was not able to use (this one is very common with all the high-tech gadgets that are now available), TV un-able to get a digital signal (most TV's end up graded for this reason alone. Until the whole country is upgraded to digital, people must be informed of the digital status in their area. Check your area by using your postcode)

GRADED/REFURBISHED DETAILS

GRADE A . Brand new item, end of line or surplus stock. May have been opened to check contents. Box may be a little damaged or may come in a plain box to increase the security of the item in transit. De branded goods will have a plain box because of manufacturer requirement.

GRADE B+ .  Unwanted products, failed deliveries or ex-display items. These will normally be in original packaging (sometimes you may get a plain box) and in full working order. Item may have small blemish/scratch but does not affect the working condition of the product, normally would be as new. Packaging may not be as A standard. A great way to get a bargain.

GRADE B- .  Sold in full 100% working order. May not always have original accessories or packaging and may have heavier signs of use.
