Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship to UK Mainland ONLY, you can expect your order within 5 working days (often within 2 working days). Delivery on all items is £3.99 + VAT or £6.99 + Vat for highlands and islands. All orders over £100.00 (sub total) will have FREE delivery. There is a surcharge for delivery to the Highlands, Ireland and Islands of the UK.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: We reserve the right to ship all items to the billing address on the credit card if we suspect that a credit card fraud may be taking place. We will not ship to an address which is in a different country to that of the billing address. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the police. We will always prosecute thieves without exception.
COLLECTIONS AT OUR PREMISES: All goods collected in person at our premises must be by strictly appointment only (this is not always possible, please ask us) and be paid for in advance. We do not keep any cash on the premises at anytime. A signature will be required to confirm that you have received your goods.
COURIER SERVICE
THE CUT OFF TIME FOR COURIER ORDERS IS 3.15pm (Monday to Friday only) i.e order placed at 4.00pm on Friday WILL NOT be dispatched until the following Monday.
All packages must be signed for.
In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.
Any orders outside mainland UK will be quoted.
RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days to return an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge.
The shipping charge is not refunded unless your item is not working on arrival
For fault returns within 7 days of purchase please use Parcel2go website to qualify for a return post rebate. Click their logo to go to the website to book a collection from you.
All returns must be authorised by email first. Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be tested before a refund is issued (ex shipping).TV iDeal will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping) If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost.Returns will not be accepted for digital receiver items that are within a poor reception area, this includes but is not exclusive to, digital blocking (pixelation of the picture), sound delay to picture, freezing picture. To check these symptoms are signal related, connect a seperate device ie. DVD player to check for correct function. Please check the quality of your signal using your house number and postcode at
www.digitaluk.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURN POLICY FOR GRADED GOODS
Most graded/refurbished goods carry a 90 day return to base warranty. If not, this will be stateted in the listing. If your item does develope a fault, you must tell us within 90 days of purchase date. From there we will try to sort the problem out. If on return to us your item has indeed found to be faulty, we will refund in full, repair or replace. Items returned within 90 days that do not have faults, will get a refund (ex shipping) less 10% handling fee. If an item is received by the customer and is faulty and we are informed within 7 days, we will refund the customers postage fee upon receipt of the afore mentioned item. After 7 days the customer will fund the return costs. No returns excepted for condition of the item that has been graded, unless we have been misleading with the grading level.
WARRANTY claims can be made for manufacturers faults only. No responsibility will be taken for damage caused to goods through careless or rough handling or misuse or abuse of any kind.
PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provid your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely neccessary in order to complete your transaction and order.it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
Under no circumstances do TV iDeal store or record your credit/debit card details or account details. Your security is our priority during and after the sale.
CHARGE BACKS
All charge backs are not accepted and will be persued by a recovery agency.
